Yung Han looks after the cabin product innovation team at Singapore Airlines. His team is responsible for the design and development of new cabin products, including seats, inflight entertainment, connectivity and digital systems onboard, to achieve best-in-class experience for SIA customers. The aircraft cabin is a very unique environment and SIA has been adopting a data-driven and customer-centric approach in our product development. By making use of deeper science and technology, there are opportunities to further improve passenger well-being, convenience and overall experience onboard. Hence, his team is very excited about this Corporate Lab partnership with NUS where they will study new areas, break new grounds and achieve greater heights together.
