Gladys leads the Product Development team and is responsible for the planning and development of SIA’s next-generation seat and cabin products. Through the collaboration with NUS, she is looking forward to garner deeper insights into how SIA can better support passengers to enhance their sense of well-being whenever they are onboard our flights, with a special focus on optimizing their sleep experience. Whenever she has some time at the end of a workday or during the weekends, she likes to catch up on reading. She also enjoys going for (long) walks, as this gives her ample opportunity and space to think.
