I am a research assistant in the Chronobiology and Sleep Laboratory under Assoc. Prof. Joshua Gooley. My primary responsibilities include recruiting participants, collecting, processing, and analysing data of various studies. I have a background in psychology from my undergraduate studies, and I am motivated to explore approaches to improve sleep behaviour and mental wellbeing in hopes that our research can inform policy changes on the broader spectrum. In my free time, I enjoy photography, playing lacrosse and being outdoors in general (when it doesn’t feel like an oven outside). I also love travelling, eating and discovering new places.
