The SIA Corp Lab recently organized a successful mid-term workshop at the National University of Singapore (NUS), concentrating on the progress and future direction of Work Package 2 (WP2).

This collaborative event brought together members from SIA, NUS, and SIA ITD, who collectively delved into the current developments of WP2 to provide insightful recommendations for efficient implementation and deployment.

The session was marked by the presentation of results from integrating advanced training analytics to improve training outcomes, the development of a cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) scenario for aircraft landing aimed at enhancing pilot training, and discussion on the pilot mentoring program and the utilization of data-driven strategies for the optimal matching of mentors and mentees.

All in all, this showcases SIA Corp Lab’s commitment to fostering professional growth and excellence through innovative and tailored training methodologies.
