| Sypnosis | Revenue Management (RM) has been thrown into disarray with the onset of covid. Here, we review 3 of our key challenges – what to forecast (covid-related), price optimisation and lastly, addressing the short-term “greediness” of RM. The latter is a new area with little to no research that we have seen. In this presentation, we share some of the observations from our own experiments in the latter two areas and what we hope to see and achieve in the longer term. |
