Wong Mook Lan graduated with a master’s degree from School of EEE in Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She joined SIA as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in project management and a keen interest in innovative solutions, she is passionate about driving projects to their successful completion.

In her role, she is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project. This includes solutioning, developing schedules, implementation and coordinating team activities to ensure that project objectives are met within the stipulated time frame.

She believes in fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels heard, valued, and motivated to contribute their best. She is adept at problem-solving, risk management and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure transparency and efficiency in our operations. In addition to her project management skills, she brings a strong technical understanding that helps her bridge the gap between technical team and stakeholders. She is excited to be a part of this project look forward to driving it towards success.
