CHAN Mun Chung is holding a management role in the Digital Innovation team in Singapore Airlines (SIA). Prior to his current appointment, he was heading a team that was responsible for the successful implementation of a multi-year integration project between SIA and SilkAir. His other previous roles include heading various commercial, operational and engineering departments in SilkAir, including an overseas posting in China.

As the head of the engagement and development teams in the Digital Innovation team in SIA, he spearheads efforts to drive the digital innovation culture within the SIA Group and develops prototypes, including proof of concepts (POC), to provide solutions to resolve business and operational challenges for the SIA business units.
