Carol heads the Integrated Crew Operations & Planning (ICOP) department at Singapore Airlines. Her team oversees the manpower planning and optimisation of rosters for both pilots and cabin crew. Prior to this, Carol was responsible for SIA’s Global & Corporate Sales functions and she had also held commercial roles in overseas stations such as India and the Philippines. Outside of work, Carol is typically on the hunt for good read and good food. She also enjoys bringing her family for new travel experiences.
