Daniel is a Management pilot with Singapore Airlines as the Head of Evidence-Based Training. To stay ahead of the ever dynamic and challenging aviation landscape, he sees the need to train pilots and develop their competencies through the use of data, technology and interdisciplinary approach. He is inspired and passionate to work together with the team, through WP2, to enhance pilot training effectiveness, develop a sustainable competency ecosystem and enable greater operational resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys catching up with family and friends over Singaporean’s favourite pastime – food.
