I am a Research Associate at the SIA–NUS Digital Aviation Corporate Laboratory, where I focus on developing the Booking Simulator App, a platform designed to simulate and analyze sales and revenue under various pricing scenarios. My research interests lie in intelligent and interactive systems, particularly in combining machine learning, simulation, and human feedback to support data-driven decision-making. Before joining SIA–NUS, I worked for three years as a Machine Learning Engineer at Shopee and two and a half years at the AI Center of Educational Technologies (AICET) as a Full Stack Engineer, developing an Ed-Tech platform. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the School of Computing at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), where my research focused on Explainable AI and designing interactive feedback models that personalize based on user input.
