Defining a Problem Statement

Through a series of guided activities, the cabin crew conquered the first two stages of the Double Diamond Model.
Their journey begins by recalling their current cabin processes and experiences, before deep diving into understanding the existing problems and opportunities.
Each group ended off the day with a unique problem statement that they are excited to solve.
Developing a Workable Solution

4. Deliver a working solution
Continuing from the problem statements identified by the cabin crew, participants from SIA and/or NUS were added to the existing team.
Drawing from their different expertise and knowledge, the groups dreamed up of new possibiliities and worked towards a unique and aspirational cabin concept.
Each group then showcased their developed concept through a 3-minute pitch. After which, everyone invested in the idea with the most potential to be further explored beyond the workshop.
