Day 1 – 29 December 2020
The objectives were to identify the resource/human-factor problems and limitations with current pilot training, so as to formulate possible Design (Activity, Information, Interaction) Candidates.
Day 2 – 30 December 2020
The objectives of the Day 2 workshop were to iterate through Design Candidates to produce optimized resource/human-factor trade-offs to select the most optimal Design Candidate.
Participants have obtained a comprehensive understanding of the main problems and limitations with current pilot training and consensus on the requirements of an Optimal Design Candidate.
